This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of your queue from start to finish: respond to member inquiries within a 1-business-day SLA, ensure cases progress smoothly, and provide weekly updates.
• Address eligibility issues: collaborate directly with carriers and vendors to resolve instances where a covered benefit is not being honored.
• Examine bills and claims for accuracy.
• Respond to questions regarding benefits coverage.
• Navigate escalations with carriers effectively.
• Manage app and access-related issues.
• Maintain fluency in the platform.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Over 3 years of experience in a benefits brokerage within a direct member-facing or service capacity.
• Health Insurance License is highly preferred.
• Proficient carrier navigation: adept at managing carrier calls, escalating issues effectively, and resolving matters with minimal back-and-forth.
• Experience in managing a high-volume queue, particularly during open enrollment periods.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a significant advantage.
