This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee a varied caseload from start to finish
• Offer strategic legal advice and representation in court, arbitrations, and depositions
• Conduct review and legal analysis of claims and causes of action
• Perform extensive legal research and draft significant briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate briefs
• Frequently represent clients in court, during arbitrations, and in depositions
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests
• Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses
• Prepare for and attend trials
• Work closely with partners, clients, and stakeholders to provide strategic and practical legal guidance
• Manage deadlines and tasks with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active law license in Pennsylvania (mandatory); additional bar admissions are advantageous
• At least 2 years of experience in the practice group
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities
• Familiarity with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor with strong skills in client relations and communication
• Must be organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
