Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Overseeing a portfolio of cases until resolution

• Preparing clients for depositions

• Participating in depositions

• Addressing client inquiries that necessitate attorney negotiations

• Offering direction and assistance to non-attorneys as required

• Fostering a positive workplace environment and setting an example for non-attorneys

• Engaging in team activities during and after work hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants MUST be California State Barred and reside within California

• Must be comfortable in fast-paced work settings

• Experience with doctors' depositions (preferred)

• Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Must maintain good standing with the California State Bar
