Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense, Trucking Defense, Commercial Auto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage a diverse portfolio of civil litigation cases, focusing on commercial auto liability and trucking accident defense.

• Conduct and defend depositions, present motions, and represent clients in court appearances.

• Collaborate closely with clients, insurance companies, and team members to formulate effective case strategies.

• Prepare cases for trial and serve as first or second chair during court proceedings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed attorney in Texas with experience in insurance defense litigation.

• Proven experience in depositions and trials — first-chair experience is preferred.

• Background in commercial transportation or trucking defense is highly advantageous.

• Capability to manage a docket independently from the outset.
