Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Manage a varied caseload that includes personal lines and CGL issues

• Engage in case management, motion practices, and depositions

• Collaborate efficiently in a completely remote, technology-oriented work setting

• Partner with seasoned litigators for mentorship and career development

⛳️ Requirements

• Active member of the Washington State Bar Association

• Resident of Washington State

• At least 4 years of experience in insurance defense civil litigation

• Proven track record in managing: Case management, Written discovery, Motion practices, Depositions, Hearings, Mediations, and/or arbitrations

• Strong skills in legal writing, analysis, and advocacy

• Capability to independently manage cases while effectively collaborating in a remote setting

• Previous experience in a remote or hybrid environment is highly preferred
