Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive litigation responsibilities including the assessment of correspondence

• Evaluation of files to ascertain their suitability for legal action

• Examination of responses, preparation of discovery materials, and drafting of dispositive motions

• Involvement in all facets of trial proceedings and representation during hearings

• Proficient in post-judgment remedies such as attachment and garnishment

• Well-versed in state and federal consumer legislation

• Oversee a high-volume docket of civil litigation cases related to debt collection throughout all stages of litigation, from initiation to post-judgment procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree

• Admission to the bar in Oklahoma

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a general litigation attorney (preferred)

• Background in creditor’s rights litigation (preferred)

• Experience in appellate court and/or federal court (preferred)
