This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Support the firm in establishing its office and practice in North Carolina.
• Supervise collection litigation across the states.
• Handle a high-volume docket of civil litigation cases related to debt collection throughout all litigation phases.
• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing forms and creating processes.
• Assume full litigation responsibilities, including reviewing correspondence and approving all pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Must possess bar admission in North Carolina.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Capability to prioritize and organize substantial amounts of information.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Proficient in interacting effectively with individuals at all levels within the firm.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a general litigation attorney.
