Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage cases in areas such as General Liability, Healthcare, Personal Injury, Construction Law, Commercial Litigation, Labor and Employment, Insurance Defense, Professional Liability, Premises Liability, and Product Liability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients while delivering services to current clients.

• Work collaboratively within a team and independently to handle case management effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Two to five years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in all stages of discovery, including written discovery and depositions.

• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with potential clients while ensuring top-notch service for existing clients.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.

• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a history of achieving billable hour targets.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team-oriented environment.

• Candidate must be proactive in addressing necessary tasks.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in California.
