This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

• Concentrate on litigation practices related to consumer collections.

• Effectively manage a portfolio of cases.

• Conduct thorough pleading reviews as part of a collaborative team.

• Advocate for creditor clients across the state.

• Must be licensed to practice law in Nebraska.

• Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, taking initiative, managing multiple assignments, and adhering to deadlines.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
