This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and similar matters.
• Prepare and examine motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Participate in court hearings both in person and virtually.
• Offer legal guidance and work collaboratively with support staff.
• Provide timely, client-centric legal services in a fast-paced environment.
• Must hold a license in Alabama (mandatory).
• 3-5+ years of experience (all qualified candidates will be considered).
• Excellent skills in legal writing, communication, and analysis.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated.
• Preferred qualifications: Multi-state licensure is advantageous!
• Experience in litigation, bankruptcy, or collections.
• Federal licensure is required.
