Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and managing a substantial and varied caseload for the Firm’s clients in **Wyoming**

• Engaging with clients concerning their individual matters.

• Preparing pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and reviewing & drafting agreements, among other tasks.

• Interacting with opposing parties to negotiate and settle claims.

• Conducting legal research on both straightforward and intricate issues in contract law and various aspects of consumer law.

• Although this position is primarily remote, occasional travel may be necessary for court appearances.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently hold admission to practice law in **Wyoming**

• At least 1 year of relevant experience within a law firm

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to adhere to stringent deadlines

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and professional integrity

• Strong interpersonal abilities with a knack for collaborating with senior management and staff at all levels within the organization

• Proficient legal research skills; familiarity with LexisNexis is an advantage
