Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and managing a substantial and varied caseload of the Firm’s clients in Georgia.

• Engaging with clients concerning their individual matters.

• Preparing pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda, as well as reviewing and drafting agreements, among other tasks.

• Interacting with opposing parties to negotiate or settle claims.

• Conducting legal research related to both simple and complex issues in contract law and various aspects of consumer law.

• Although this position is primarily remote, occasional travel may be necessary for court appearances.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice law in Georgia (admission in multiple states is a significant advantage).

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a law firm setting.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to adhere to strict deadlines.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and professional integrity.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and employees at all organizational levels.

• Proficient legal research capabilities; familiarity with LexisNexis is a bonus.
