This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Overseeing and managing a substantial and varied caseload of the Firm’s clients in Tennessee.
• Engaging with clients concerning their individual cases.
• Composing pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and reviewing & drafting agreements, among other tasks.
• Liaising with opposing parties to negotiate or settle claims.
• Conducting legal research on straightforward and intricate issues in contract law and various aspects of consumer law.
• Although this position is primarily remote, occasional travel for court appearances may be required.
• Must currently hold a license to practice law in Tennessee (having admissions in multiple states is a significant advantage).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a law firm setting.
• Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and demonstrate professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and employees at all organizational levels.
• Proficient legal research skills -- familiarity with LexisNexis is a plus.
