Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and managing a substantial and varied caseload of the Firm’s clients in **Ohio**.

• Engaging with clients concerning their individual legal matters.

• Preparing pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and reviewing and drafting agreements, among other tasks.

• Interacting with opposing parties to negotiate and settle claims.

• Conducting legal research on both simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law.

• Although this position is primarily remote, some travel may be necessary for court appearances.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently licensed to practice law in **Ohio**.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a law firm setting.

• Must demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management abilities to adhere to tight deadlines.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and professional integrity.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and staff at all levels within the organization.

• Proficient legal research skills; familiarity with LexisNexis is advantageous.
