• Overseeing and managing a substantial and varied caseload of the Firm’s clients in Nevada.
• Engaging with clients about their specific legal matters.
• Preparing pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and reviewing & drafting agreements, among other tasks.
• Interacting with opposing parties to negotiate and resolve claims.
• Conducting legal research related to both simple and complex issues in contract law and various aspects of consumer law.
• Although this position is primarily remote, occasional travel may be necessary for court appearances.
• Must hold a current license to practice law in Nevada (admission in multiple states is a significant advantage).
• At least 1 year of pertinent experience in a law firm setting.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to adhere to tight deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively with senior management and colleagues at all organizational levels.
• Proficient legal research skills—familiarity with LexisNexis is a plus.
