Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage the legal process from investigation through trial under the guidance of a partner.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and foster relationship development.

• Provide clients with updates on case status, arbitrations, and proceedings.

• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.

• Draft legal analysis memoranda, briefs, and reports.

• Conduct and defend depositions.

• Prepare and respond to motions while engaging in motion practice.

• Appear in court and at hearings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.

• 1–3 years of preferred litigation experience.

• Open to considering a first-year attorney with prior civil litigation exposure or relevant experience.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Self-motivated individual with the capability to work independently.
