This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Manage the legal process from investigation through trial under the guidance of a partner.
β’ Maintain regular communication with clients and foster relationship development.
β’ Provide clients with updates on case status, arbitrations, and proceedings.
β’ Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
β’ Draft legal analysis memoranda, briefs, and reports.
β’ Conduct and defend depositions.
β’ Prepare and respond to motions while engaging in motion practice.
β’ Appear in court and at hearings.
β’ Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
β’ 1β3 years of preferred litigation experience.
β’ Open to considering a first-year attorney with prior civil litigation exposure or relevant experience.
β’ Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
β’ Strong attention to detail.
β’ Self-motivated individual with the capability to work independently.
