This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Draft legal pleadings and briefs;

• Prepare and reply to written discovery requests;

• Compose correspondence for colleagues and clients;

• Analyze insurance policies, create coverage opinions, and offer recommendations to clients;

• Conduct legal research utilizing Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis;

• Review documents in anticipation of litigation;

• Attend and lead depositions, hearings, and mediations as necessary;

• File submissions with the court.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed to practice in New Mexico - additional licenses are advantageous;

• Over 3 years of experience in insurance coverage;

• Outstanding academic qualifications;

• Strong professional background.

• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities;

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring skills;

• Capability to manage highly sensitive issues;

• Capacity to tackle time-sensitive matters;

• Proficiency in managing and prioritizing multiple projects;

• Excellent organizational and time management skills;

• Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
