This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as an executional leader integrated within a Division, enhancing the quality, speed, and unity of design and motion deliverables.
• Oversee Design and Edit Leads across various accounts within the division.
• Take ownership of the executional standards for design and motion within assigned divisions.
• Quality assure and guide high-priority assets to ensure performance, refinement, and platform compatibility.
• Collaborate with Creative Team Leads and Art Directors on visual direction, creative strategy, systems, tools, and operational implementations.
• Facilitate internal reviews, offer constructive feedback, and promote brand consistency.
• Coach Leads in creative quality assurance, technical execution, project timelines, escalation procedures, and resource planning.
• Guide high-performing Leads towards readiness for AAD roles.
• Assess production obstacles and introduce enhancements to the creative process.
• Incorporate AI and scalable systems wherever suitable.
• Direct production efforts for prestigious accounts.
• Work alongside Strategy, Content, and Project Management teams to address challenges.
• Convert messaging frameworks into creative systems across various channels.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide insights on feasibility, execution planning, and modular asset creation.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve and streamline business procedures.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem relevant to the department.
• Personally manage 5–8 accounts while maintaining a revenue per employee (RPE) of over $22K.
• Ensure an RPE of over $20K for each direct report while meeting capacity benchmarks.
• Maintain client turnover below 10% for managed accounts.
• Deliver scoped assets within an average turnaround of 5 business days.
• Achieve a first-review approval rate of over 90% with minimal revisions.
• Sustain an annual retention rate of over 90% across direct reports.
• Implement at least one tool, template, or workflow enhancement each quarter.
• 8+ years of experience in visual design and/or video editing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficient in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform-specific formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring creative professionals.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance-driven creative.
• Comfortable providing, receiving, and acting on feedback promptly and clearly.
• Enthusiastic about scalable design systems and operational creativity.
