This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the executional leader integrated within a division, enhancing the quality, speed, and unity of design and motion outputs.
• Oversee Design and Edit Leads across various accounts within the division.
• Take ownership of the executional standards for design and motion across designated accounts.
• Ensure quality assurance and guide high-priority assets for effectiveness, refinement, and platform compatibility.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team Lead and Art Director on visual direction, creative strategy, systems, tools, and operational implementations.
• Facilitate internal reviews, offering constructive feedback and advocating for brand consistency.
• Mentor and coach creative leads on quality assurance, technical execution, project timelines, escalation processes, resource planning, and best practices.
• Assess production bottlenecks and apply enhancements to the creative process.
• Incorporate AI and scalable systems where appropriate.
• Oversee production for high-profile accounts, ensuring accountability for delivery.
• Work together with Strategy, Content, and Project Management to address and resolve obstacles.
• Transform messaging frameworks into creative systems across multiple channels.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions and provide insights on feasibility, execution plans, and modular asset creation.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in relation to the department.
• Personally manage 5–8 accounts while achieving specified performance KPIs.
• Initiate at least one tool, template, or workflow enhancement each quarter.
• Minimum of 8 years in visual design and/or video editing; agency experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and platform-specific formats such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring creative individuals.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance-driven creative.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
• Comfortable with providing, receiving, and implementing feedback promptly and clearly.
• Enthusiasm for scalable design systems and operational innovation.
• Base salary paid in USD plus opportunities for commission.
