This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +5 more states.
• Act as an executional leader integrated within a division, enhancing the quality, speed, and unity of design and motion deliverables.
• Oversee Design and Edit Leads across various accounts within the division.
• Take ownership of the executional standards for design and motion across designated accounts.
• Quality assure and guide high-priority assets to ensure performance, refinement, and alignment with platforms.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team Lead and Art Director on visual direction, creative planning, systems, tools, and operational implementations.
• Conduct internal reviews, offer constructive feedback, and advocate for brand consistency.
• Mentor and coach creative leads on quality assurance, technical execution, project timelines, escalation protocols, resource planning, and AAD readiness.
• Assess production bottlenecks and introduce enhancements to the creative process.
• Incorporate AI and scalable systems where relevant.
• Oversee production for premier accounts and work alongside Strategy, Content, and Project Management to address obstacles.
• Convert messaging frameworks into creative systems across various channels.
• Engage in concept development sessions, providing insights on feasibility, execution planning, and modular asset creation.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business workflows.
• Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it pertains to the department.
• Manage 5–8 accounts, ensuring delivery and approval targets are met, supporting client retention, and initiating at least one workflow improvement each quarter.
• Minimum of 8 years in visual design and/or video editing; experience in an agency setting is preferred.
• High proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform-specific formats such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring creative professionals.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance-driven creative.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
• Comfortable with quickly and clearly giving, receiving, and acting on feedback.
• A strong interest in scalable design systems and operational creativity.
