This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as an executional leader integrated within a division, enhancing the quality, speed, and unity of design and motion outputs.
• Oversee Design and Edit Leads across various accounts within the division.
• Take ownership of the execution standards for design and motion across designated accounts.
• Quality assurance and direction of high-priority assets for performance, refinement, and platform compatibility.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team Lead and Art Director on visual strategy, divisional planning, systems, tools, and operational implementations.
• Facilitate internal reviews, deliver constructive feedback, and advocate for brand consistency.
• Mentor and guide creative leads on quality assurance, technical execution, project timelines, escalation processes, resource planning, and best practices.
• Assess production hurdles and introduce improvements to the creative process.
• Incorporate AI and scalable systems when relevant.
• Oversee production for elite accounts and serve as a point of escalation for cross-functional challenges.
• Work closely with Strategy, Content, and Project Management to address and resolve obstacles.
• Convert messaging frameworks into creative systems across various channels.
• Participate in concepting sessions and provide guidance on feasibility, execution planning, and modular asset development.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance and refine business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in relation to the department.
• Manage 5–8 accounts while meeting established RPE, approval, turnaround, retention, churn, and workflow-improvement KPIs.
• Over 8 years of experience in visual design and/or video editing, with agency experience preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform-specific formats such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring creative teams.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance-driven creativity.
• Ability to provide, receive, and act on feedback swiftly and clearly.
• Enthusiasm for scalable design systems and operational innovation.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
