This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take ownership of the executional standards for design and motion within the designated division.
• Perform quality assurance and guide high-priority assets to ensure performance, refinement, and platform alignment.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team Lead to synchronize visual direction with strategic and business objectives.
• Facilitate internal reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for brand consistency.
• Uphold platform-specific creative standards across Meta, Email/SMS, Organic Social, Amazon, and Content.
• Oversee Design and Edit Leads within division accounts.
• Mentor Leads in creative quality assurance, technical execution, project pacing, escalation procedures, and bandwidth management.
• Enhance team skills on evolving design, motion, and tooling best practices.
• Identify and cultivate future Associate Art Director talent.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to establish and implement systems, tools, and operational rollouts.
• Assess production bottlenecks and introduce improvements to the creative process.
• Incorporate AI and scalable systems where suitable.
• Implement assigned recommendations from the Power Circuit solutions roadmap.
• Direct production efforts for high-profile accounts.
• Work together with Strategy, Content, and Project Management to address blockers.
• Translate messaging frameworks into creative systems across various channels.
• Engage in concepting sessions and provide insights on feasibility, execution planning, and modular asset development.
• Assist with divisional creative planning, account-team alignment, and strategic objectives.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance business operations.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for departmental needs.
• Manage 5–8 accounts, uphold RPE and capacity benchmarks, reduce client churn, deliver assets within turnaround timelines, meet approval and retention targets, and implement quarterly workflow improvements.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
• A minimum of 8 years experience in visual design and/or video editing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and platform-specific formats including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring creative professionals.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance-focused creative.
• Ability to provide, receive, and act on feedback swiftly and clearly.
• Enthusiasm for scalable design systems and operational creativity.
• Base salary paid in USD along with commission opportunities.
