• Develop, test, and enhance customized skills, prompts, and workflows in collaboration with client champions; convert successful strategies into repeatable training modules.
• Perform persona and use-case interviews with client stakeholders to identify high-value workflows for workshops and skills development.
• Monitor adoption indicators throughout the engagement: usage depth, realization of use cases, and time savings—and highlight insights derived from the data.
• Sustain the prioritized use case backlog: ensure feasibility, data readiness, and priority levels are updated as discoveries unfold.
• Translate requirements from client working sessions into structured inputs for the AI PM to formulate into specifications.
• Conduct evaluations: execute test sets, document failure modes, and summarize results to facilitate quick quality assessments.
• Address blockers—such as access, data, scheduling, and approvals—allowing FDEs and the AI PM to concentrate on development.
• Create executive readout materials: outline progress, metrics, risks, and next steps—keeping them concise, honest, and focused on outcomes.
• Ensure engagement artifacts are up-to-date: maintain roadmaps, status trackers, meeting notes, and action items across multiple workstreams.
• Contribute to Eliza's reusable delivery materials: training programs, skill libraries, workshop templates, and playbooks.
• Stay informed about new model and product releases pertinent to ongoing engagements and communicate relevant updates to the team.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, customer success, enablement/L&D, or product—client-facing delivery experience is mandatory.
• Strong AI fluency: regular use of cutting-edge tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar), a solid understanding of current model capabilities and limitations, and the ability to adapt knowledge as the field evolves.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills—capable of instructing a skeptical group of analysts or guiding an executive through a demonstration.
• Highly organized under pressure: able to manage multiple workstreams across various accounts without losing focus.
• Strong written communication skills—producing clear meeting notes, concise readouts, avoiding jargon, and steering clear of overselling.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity; takes initiative on loosely defined tasks and poses insightful questions early in the process.
• Practical experience in building prompts, custom GPTs/skills, or lightweight automations—not just utilizing AI but actively shaping it.
• Experience in designing training materials or adult learning programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise software delivery processes: sprints, backlogs, requirements documentation, or QA/evaluation work.
• Knowledge of one of the functional domains served by Eliza (finance/office of the CFO, private equity operations, healthcare).
• Competitive compensation package (base salary plus performance incentives linked to client outcomes).
• Equity options in a growing AI services company.
• Exposure to diverse industries and significant AI challenges.
• Opportunities for travel related to on-site client engagements (if desired).
• A collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to the tangible impact of AI.
