Associate, Affiliate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing and expanding designated affiliate networks and agency partnerships, which includes regular check-ins and updates.

• Take ownership of brand relationships for smaller accounts, encompassing onboarding processes and requests for rate increases.

• Aid in rate negotiations, program enhancements, and the growth of partnerships within affiliate networks, while ensuring the maintenance of commission rates and disclaimers.

• Oversee the execution of Paid Placements, from asset collection to launch and subsequent reporting.

• Collaborate with team members to pinpoint upsell possibilities and facilitate strategic account planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or account management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.

• A proactive and strategic mindset towards relationship management and problem-solving.

• Familiarity with technical systems, data, or backend tools.

• Experience with affiliate networks such as Rakuten, Impact, or CJ is a plus.

• Previous experience in scaling a creator marketing or affiliate program is advantageous.
