Associate Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Drive success for key clients.

• Develop and implement strategies for client campaigns that have been sold in.

• Collaborate with Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Sales, and Customer Success for account planning and support.

• Define and execute strategies that motivate clients as well as the Influenster Community and its members.

• Recommend product offerings and services to enhance client engagement and campaign success.

• Manage and set clear expectations with both internal and client stakeholders.

• Advocate for the client and the team.

• Work cross-functionally with delivery teams to adhere to timelines and ensure campaign success.

• Foster a positive client experience and identify opportunities to improve client service.

• Take ownership of campaign deliverables, tracking, and performance execution.

• Assess success based on established campaign KPIs, including member social posts, post quality, impressions, engagement rates, and client buildout.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in an agency, tech start-up, marketing company, or other related fields.

• Proven track record of engaging with clients and internal stakeholders at various levels.

• Strong focus on client satisfaction.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Enthusiasm, energy, and a collaborative work ethic.

• Coachable and adaptable.

• Full authorization to work in the USA or the hiring country.

• Awareness of current trends in beauty, lifestyle, pop culture, social media, product reviews, and influencer marketing.

• Excellent time management and execution abilities.

• Strong multitasking skills.

• Confidence in upselling.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Preferred: experience in the software/e-commerce and/or retail sectors.
