This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Execute digital promotional marketing campaigns tailored for pharmaceutical clients.
• Assist the Account Team in meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• Oversee daily tasks and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with various agency teams and external vendor partners.
• Keep abreast of the client's business and share pertinent insights regarding the industry and category.
• Draft initial versions of scopes, briefs, statements of work, agendas, and presentations.
• Aid in scheduling client meetings, creating agendas and slides, and organizing meeting logistics.
• Accurately follow up on meeting resolutions and produce detailed call notes.
• Review project and job materials during routing for brand consistency and quality, including Med/Reg/Legal evaluations.
• Proactively anticipate and address the needs of the account team and clients.
• Build strong client relationships and address basic client inquiries.
• Engage in conference calls with clients and vendor partners.
• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience; experience in an advertising agency is preferred.
• Internship experience in the industry is a plus.
• Proficient in business software (MS Office) and online tools.
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and writing abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in prioritization and time management.
• Eager to learn with a high level of accountability for delivering quality work.
• Curious about the business, customer insights, multichannel marketing, and platforms.
• Resourceful and able to solve problems independently and proactively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and logically, both in writing and verbally.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Skilled at building relationships with agency staff, partners, and client contacts.
