Assistente Comercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks in the department;

• Create lists;

• Make outbound calls to schedule meetings;

• Support the scheduling and confirmation of sales meetings;

• Enter and update customer, lead, and opportunity information in the CRM;

• Monitor the progress of opportunities within the sales funnel;

• Conduct follow-ups with clients and potential clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp;

• Identify opportunities without responses and assist in reactivation;

• Organize the schedules of sales representatives and commercial leadership;

• Assist in the preparation of sales reports;

• Support the tracking of team goals and performance indicators;

• Update spreadsheets, internal controls, and commercial operation information;

• Assist in the formalization process for new clients;

• Aid in market research and the identification of potential clients;

• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, customer service, and finance teams;

• Contribute to the organization and continuous improvement of commercial processes.

• Proactive, responsible, and collaborative profile;

• Completed high school education;

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, administrative roles, or commercial support;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;

• Organizational skills and attention to detail;

• Ability to work with systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools;

• Basic or intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;

• Ability to manage various activities and deadlines;

• Comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp;

• Eagerness to learn about sales, technology, and the automotive market;

• Ability to work with targets, routines, and processes;

• Willingness to learn and develop in the commercial area.
