Assistant Vice President – Lead Automation, Platform Ownership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive automation strategy and management of reconciliation systems across the enterprise.

• Guarantee scalable, precise, and robust processes for high-volume transaction accounts.

• Refine auto-matching algorithms and minimize manual discrepancies.

• Enhance reconciliation effectiveness utilizing AI-driven platforms like Cypher.

• Align reconciliation functions with the changing demands of the business and technological benchmarks.

• Collaborate with Technology, Internal Controls, and Business Operations teams.

• Anticipate and address platform deficiencies while establishing SLA thresholds.

• Propel the automation initiative for Nostro, Sundry, Internal, VAT, and other significant reconciliation categories.
