Assistant Vice President – Care Delivery Innovation & Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and continuously enhance the enterprise vision for innovative care delivery.

• Oversee the strategy and multi-year roadmap for the enterprise care innovation enablement platform.

• Direct the enterprise innovation clinical care labs, pilots, and accelerators to swiftly evaluate new care models.

• Manage the multi-year roadmap for care innovation and clinical transformation capabilities.

• Define and develop the enterprise transformation talent strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MHA/MHSA, MPH, MS).

• More than 15 years of progressive experience in healthcare transformation and care delivery innovation.

• At least 8 years of experience leading enterprise-scale innovation portfolios, enabling platforms, or transformation initiatives from strategy to scaled implementation.

• Extensive knowledge of clinical operations, care delivery model design, and the complexities of health systems.

• Over 5 years of experience in leading leaders and/or large cross-functional teams.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior clinical, operational, digital, and technology leaders.
