This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Lead the team through the logistical, relational, and spiritual dimensions of their journey.
• Facilitating Ministry: Supervise and support service initiatives, relational ministry, and outreach efforts. Provide encouragement to participants during ministry activities while ensuring oversight for smooth project execution, availability of necessary supplies, and addressing any inquiries.
• Relational Leadership: Foster and sustain positive relationships with local PPM church partners and ministries.
• Debrief & Devotions: Assist in conducting evening devotions and Gospel-centered debrief sessions.
• Logistical Support: Accurately manage the budget and record trip expenses, assist in meal preparation for the team daily, oversee supplies and inventory, drive to and from ministry sites, and ensure that lodging facilities remain clean and well-kept throughout the week.
• Christ Follower: You are committed to Jesus and actively involved in your church, possessing experience in ministry and/or missions.
• 18+: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of service.
• Availability: You are capable of working a minimum of 2-4 consecutive weeks at a time during PPM’s peak season (Spring and/or Summer).
• Training: You are able to attend PPM’s Training Conference in NC, scheduled for April 24-26, 2026.
• Selfless & Adaptable: You are a reliable team player who collaborates effectively with others and can readily adjust to changes.
• Community-Oriented: You are comfortable living in a close-knit community environment and collaborating with a diverse group of individuals.
• Problem Solver: You can efficiently and swiftly address trip-related or interpersonal issues.
• Humble: You are receptive to constructive feedback and manage conflict through a Biblical perspective.
• Open-minded: You appreciate working with individuals from various cultural, geographical, and denominational backgrounds, focusing on shared values rather than differences.
• In Alignment with our Statement of Faith: This is a fundamental requirement for all staff members.
• Receive compensation, paid semi-monthly, for applicable weeks of service.
• Air travel, lodging, and meal expenses are covered by PPM for applicable weeks of service.
• Mileage reimbursement may be available for those residing within driving distance to their designated location.
• Air travel, meals, and lodging for the Spring Conference are covered if attendance is required.
