Assistant Treasurer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and bank account management across all entities.

• Create, document, and enforce treasury controls, including workflows for payment approvals.

• Oversee compliance and reporting for the organization’s credit facilities.

• Maintain relationships with banks and act as the main point of contact for treasury operations.

• Assist with capital markets and financing activities, which includes amendments to facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 3–6 years of advancing experience in treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance.

• Strong understanding of cash management and liquidity forecasting principles.

• Familiarity with credit facilities, covenants, or compliance reporting related to debt is a significant advantage.

• Proficient in Excel and possess strong analytical skills.

• Outstanding communication abilities with the confidence to engage with lenders, auditors, and senior management.

• A self-motivated individual who excels in taking ownership and navigating ambiguity.
