Assistant Team Leader – Property Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily operations of the team, ensuring all tasks are executed with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.

• Analyze end-of-shift reports to monitor productivity, workload, and team collaboration.

• Serve as the primary contact for team members, offering guidance and support as necessary.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, which includes conducting regular check-ins and performance evaluations.

• Lead the onboarding and training processes for new employees, and facilitate ongoing development for the team.

• Collaborate directly with U.S. clients to assess deliverables, establish priorities, and pinpoint opportunities for support.

• Assist clients in enhancing their systems, including the implementation of new tools or software functionalities.

• Compile and present reports on team performance and productivity on a weekly or monthly basis.

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal procedures by revising SOPs, templates, and training documentation.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality benchmarks, and risk management protocols.

• Support essential people management activities such as performance assessments and development planning.

• Raise any risks or issues to management as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or real estate.

• Proficiency in tools such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or Rent Manager.

• Experience in tenant coordination, maintenance, and leasing assistance.

• 1 to 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients effectively.

• Proactive mindset, well-organized, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
