This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Prepare and manage all sales documentation (Sales Funnel, Client Profile, etc.) while ensuring the timely update of sales parameters on SFDC.
• Oversee customer relationships and guarantee customer satisfaction through effective product sales.
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate product or technology solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to secure orders by creating value.
• Achieve substantial double-digit revenue growth to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and oversee the sales funnel through field visits in designated territories.
• Target specific industries such as Power, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverages, Chemicals, Automotive, etc.
• Foster strong working relationships with System Integrators, EPCs, and Technical Consultants as necessary.
• Cultivate all generated opportunities to maximize the win rate.
• Ensure profitable growth through appropriate pricing and effective value selling skills.
• Maintain process discipline and compliance in all transactions.
• Acquire knowledge of Veralto Enterprise System Tools (Daily Management, Problem Solving Process) to achieve growth KPIs.
• Develop, implement, and sustain comprehensive account plans.
• Optimize facetime with customers to boost productivity.
• Consistently monitor sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends, reporting to leadership and collaborating on strategic and tactical plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 6-12 years of B2B Sales experience providing solutions with industrial products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset and strong negotiation abilities.
• Previous experience with esteemed Indian or Global MNCs, preferably in a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated history of achieving sales performance that leads to growth is essential.
• Team-oriented individual with the ability to collaborate with Sales teams and other cross-functional teams such as Service, Customer Support, and Finance.
• Process-oriented approach to deliver sustainable results.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%-80% of the time.
