Assistant Regional Director, Clinical Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Design, execute, educate, and oversee clinical programs.

• Provide guidance and support to facilities ensuring adherence to regulations.

• Assist in managing responses to disease outbreaks.

• Oversee compliance with Plans of Care (POC) for recertification.

• Deliver training sessions for facility administration and staff.

• Conduct on-site visits to evaluate and train clinical personnel.

• Create tracking and trending reports for clinical performance metrics.

• Support facilities in their clinical risk management initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.

• Over 20 years of clinical and management experience is preferred.

• MDS certification or experience in risk management is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

• Capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting business publications and journals.

• Must possess an active Professional License in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
