Senior Director, Clinical Data Governance – Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and coordinate enterprise-level clinical data governance and integration initiatives.

• Ensure that business requirements are standardized and promote cross-functional alignment among clinical data users.

• Create and maintain a thorough inventory of clinical data.

• Design and sustain standardized templates for business requirements related to clinical data acquisition.

• Supervise governance activities concerning acquisition opportunities and data quality performance.

• Propel clinical data use cases from initial concept through to implementation.

• Collaborate with Enterprise IT and Data Engineering to prioritize the ingestion pipelines and enhance interoperability.

• Monitor the performance of clinical data vendors.

• Act as a liaison between business domains and enterprise governance forums.

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts responsible for data profiling, reconciliation, acquisition assessment, quality monitoring, and roadmap support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.

• A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.

• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered in place of the required education.

• A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, clinical data integration, interoperability, or managed care operations is required.

• At least five (5) years of leadership experience in a managed care or healthcare organization is required.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with IT, Quality, Risk Adjustment, Care Management, and Finance stakeholders is required.
