Director, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the Functional Strategy for Clinical operations.

• Take ownership of the Portfolio Roadmap.

• Collaborate with the CMO to establish the clinical governance framework.

• Implement end-to-end incident management processes.

• Create the infrastructure for credentialing and licensing.

• Build the regulatory operating system in conjunction with the General Counsel.

• Oversee the Member and MD Experience.

• Cultivate and lead the Team.

• Manage Capacity Planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Builder Mindset: You have established clinical or compliance frameworks where few systems and processes currently exist.

• Senior Leadership Experience: You possess a strong background in a Senior Manager or Director-level role.

• Regulated Healthcare Experience: Extensive, demonstrated experience in clinical operations or health service delivery, particularly in a regulated, multi-jurisdictional setting.

• Governance Expertise: Proven ability to define and manage compliance frameworks effectively.

• Judgment at Speed: Capable of prioritizing and making informed decisions in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.

• Influence & Alignment: Highly skilled in building consensus and managing expectations with senior functional leaders.

• Dynamic Problem Solver: Proficient in prioritizing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues swiftly.
