Assistant Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries from tenants, owners, and vendors through phone, email, and text promptly and professionally.

• Oversee maintenance requests from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely updates and accurate record-keeping.

• Assist with lease renewals by facilitating communication between tenants and owners to meet deadlines effectively.

• Monitor rent payments, issue reminders, and follow up with tenants who are delinquent.

• Aid in property turnovers by coordinating vendors, conducting inspections, and ensuring unit readiness.

• Perform pricing comparisons and support market analysis to enhance leasing strategies.

• Keep tenant and property records up to date in systems such as AppFolio and Google Sheets.

• Create and review reports concerning maintenance, turnovers, and tenant satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and compliance standards.
