This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Ensure compliance with project safety standards.
• Comprehend job cost distribution and project estimates.
• Engage in project sequencing and scheduling activities.
• Monitor project progress and evaluate production metrics.
• Participate in project cost reporting initiatives.
• Manage invoice coding and approval processes.
• Supervise the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Oversee change order requests and their tracking.
• Collaborate with general contractors and owners.
• Aid in fulfilling reporting requirements, including field time, productivity, materials, safety, and other pertinent elements.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution, coupled with 1 year of experience in construction, or 5 years of relevant construction experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and CMIC is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time and be based on a project site.
• Effective planning and resource management abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Capability to monitor construction schedules and recognize potential issues.
• Proactive in championing and ensuring workplace safety.
• Overtime will be necessary.
• Travel will be required.
