This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +5 more states.
• Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Assistant (PA) presents an excellent opportunity for individuals aiming to enter the project management sector.
• The responsibilities involve supporting various government projects undertaken by the company.
• The programs manage numerous government contracts across the nation.
• Maintain all company databases related to the Social Security Administration and other project contracts.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency for all information and documentation sources pertaining to projects.
• Complete and uphold all support documentation necessary for project compliance.
• Review the daily schedules of subcontractors and government offices to ensure their accuracy.
• Upload new schedules and modify existing ones to reflect any changes.
• Assist in maintaining annual compliance requirements and documentation.
• Engage with government personnel and subcontractors.
• Conduct quality control (QC) on daily receipts of services rendered.
• Perform QC on Social Security hearing outcomes for billing purposes.
• Manage systems for candidate and subcontractor databases – updating and entering data, and providing suggestions for improved tracking and workflow.
• Process and track SSA contracts in the database.
• Assist in the completion, issuance, and maintenance of VHR’s subcontract modification updates (filing and tracking).
• Organize and clean up server files.
• Manage the organization of training documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other project management teams.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Highly detail-oriented with the capability to resolve complex issues accurately.
• Must demonstrate initiative, work independently, and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills are essential, both oral and written.
• Previous experience in staff scheduling is a plus.
• Excellent typing skills are required.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Mentorship and guidance through weekly SkillBridge Intern Zoom Meetings.
• PM Fundamentals course, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview skills training.
• Additional free resources, including an electronic copy of 'How to Speak Civilian Fluently'.
