Assistant Professor, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Offer professional leadership and support as an educator, mentor, role model, and facilitator.

• Establish an educational atmosphere that promotes innovation, accountability, and responsiveness.

• Enhance and update course materials and syllabi following university protocols.

• Employ diverse teaching strategies to enable clear evidence of student learning outcomes.

• Exhibit passion for teaching, the learning process, and individual students.

• Contribute to the assessment, critique, and evaluation of the comprehensive curriculum.

• Oversee curriculum and syllabus revisions when necessary while maintaining quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–4 years of teaching experience in a university or college environment, or prior rank of assistant professor from a regionally accredited institution.

• Preferred teaching experience in Physician Assistant courses.

• Strong preference for candidates who have initiated research interests in evidence-based clinical research.

• Desirable experience with online learning management systems.

• Documented three years of experience as a practicing clinician.

• Proven background in educational methodology relevant to teaching assignments.

• Terminal academic degree required (Master’s degree); doctorate preferred.

• NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant or board-certified (or eligible) allopathic or osteopathic physician.

• PA license (or eligible), or MD/DO licensed or eligible for licensure.
