Assistant Professor – PhD in Behavior Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver a range of educational services to degree, certificate, and non-degree students.

• Build and sustain effective relationships with students, colleagues, staff, and administrators.

• Excel in all primary responsibilities associated with the position.

• Assume essential roles and additional tasks as required.

• Guarantee that students receive high-quality educational experiences that align with established course outcomes and program accreditation standards.

• Engage in scholarly activities or professional practices relevant to the discipline.

• Involve in teaching (online), mentoring, committee responsibilities (graduate level only), and contribute to curriculum development.

• Take part in school governance through faculty committees.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience teaching in an online environment is highly preferred.

• Experience in higher education instruction is required.

• Mentoring experience with doctoral students is highly preferred.

• Curriculum writing experience is highly preferred.

• Membership or affiliation with an educational leadership organization at the national, regional, or local level.

• Proven dedication to service and practice within the field of educational leadership.

• Ability to enhance the diversity, cultural sensitivity, and overall excellence of the academic community through teaching and/or service.

• Experience presenting at professional conferences at either the national or local level.

• Familiarity with scholarly writing and the use of APA 6th edition.

• A Doctorate degree is required.
