📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the Finance Regulatory and Reporting Analytical platform, ensuring its performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.

• Create, develop, and maintain intricate data models across various subject areas to enhance advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.

• Collaborate with business users to collect requirements, document both functional and technical specifications, and convert them into effective technical solutions.

• Handle all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and development to testing, deployment, and post-production support, while adhering to strict enterprise-level change management protocols.

• Facilitate and oversee the SIT and UAT phases to guarantee seamless project implementation and delivery.

• Deliver strong post-production support, addressing issues swiftly and executing performance enhancements to maintain system stability.

• Investigate and implement opportunities to utilize cloud services and spearhead cloud migration initiatives when advantageous.

• Produce detailed documentation for solution architecture, technical designs, and project specifics. Provide training and knowledge sharing for system users and team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, with a profound understanding of finance and banking.

• Expertise in PL/SQL and T-SQL, including experience with performance tuning of functions and procedures.

• Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter 10.x or SSIS is essential.

• Advanced-level knowledge of Power BI will be advantageous.

• Familiarity with new technologies, such as cloud services, and experience with cloud migration will be beneficial.

• A solid understanding of the Hadoop data platform and data engineering tools will be a plus.

• Experience with data modeling and tools like ERWIN or equivalent for managing complex data models.

• Proven experience in engaging with business users for requirements gathering and documentation.

• Clear comprehension of SIT/UAT processes and their significance in project success.

• Knowledge of finance and regulatory reporting processes is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to manage the entire software development lifecycle.

• Experience working within large enterprises with stringent management procedures.

• Capability to independently lead projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders and collaborating with teams.

• Ability to function as an independent contributor while fostering teamwork across functional areas.

• Familiarity with cloud services and migration strategies.

• Experience providing post-production support in large, complex environments.
