This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This position oversees post-audit workflows, provider collections, invoicing, reporting, and team performance while promoting process enhancements and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

• Manage daily post-audit functions, including provider collections, daily letter generation, invoicing, reporting, and inventory oversight.

• Guarantee that outbound collection calls, demand letters, and post-audit tasks are executed within defined service level agreements.

• Track and meet client savings and internal revenue objectives.

• Coordinate the prompt submission of revenue and findings files, ensuring precise monthly invoicing.

• Evaluate operational metrics and address issues that could affect revenue or client savings.

• Maintain accurate operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Supervise and assist Post Audit Coordinators to ensure that productivity and quality standards are consistently met.

• Facilitate regular team meetings, individual coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.

• Provide continuous training, mentoring, and development opportunities for team members.

• Handle staffing, attendance, workload distribution, and timesheet approvals.

• Resolve escalated customer and provider concerns while cultivating a positive and accountable work atmosphere.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5–8 years of operations experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

• At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

• Proficient knowledge of revenue cycle management, accounting, reconciliation, invoicing, and collections.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
