This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns (both inbound and outbound) to enhance qualified deal flow and engage prospects.
• Develop and oversee cold outreach sequences (via email and LinkedIn) aimed at business owners, investors, and strategic buyers.
• Regularly test and refine outreach messaging, timing, targeting, and list quality to improve response and conversion rates.
• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and enrichment/outreach platforms to construct and qualify prospect lists.
• Take charge of the daily management of HubSpot (or a comparable system): workflows, list segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign tracking.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy, pipeline reporting, and attribution tracking in collaboration with the deal origination team.
• Develop and manage nurture sequences that align with the buyer and seller journey.
• Oversee email deliverability, domain health, and sending reputation.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to implement high-quality marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies for improved outcomes.
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, preferably within financial services, M&A advisory, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform).
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold outreach, and building pipeline campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, with increasing familiarity in AEO/GEO/LLM optimization.
• Experience in managing Google Ads and overseeing performance marketing budgets.
• Exceptional written communication skills, accompanied by a portfolio of blog/content samples.
• Practical experience with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in daily marketing tasks, including creating AI-assisted workflows beyond just chat interfaces.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with campaign data, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
