Assistant Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support store operations and daily activities.

• Assist customers in a friendly and approachable way.

• Aid in organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery trucks to the stockroom and sales floor.

• Execute opening and closing procedures.

• Implement all corporate directives.

• Ensure the promotional effectiveness of storefront fixtures and displays.

• Assist in ordering merchandise and managing damaged goods.

• Safeguard and secure all company assets, including store cash.

• Support the supervision, training, and development of Store Associates.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Experience in store management within a retail, grocery, or drug store setting is preferred.

• Capability to lift up to 55 lbs.

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
