This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer instructional and academic assistance to students through personalized coaching and consultation, instructional materials and resources, as well as office hours or group study sessions.
• Develop an online community that fosters learning and ongoing improvement.
• Generate text, video, and technology-driven learning resources.
• Actively engage in and provide feedback during courseroom discussions.
• Organize and lead optional weekly interactive and collaborative study and review sessions.
• Evaluate learning and comprehension through course competency assessments, informal evaluations, and formal rubric-based assessments.
• Stay updated with technologies including Civitas, Outlook, and Kaltura.
• Maintain comprehensive records for learners.
• Check into the courseroom during weekends.
• Attend training sessions, team meetings, and learner appointments during certain regular business hours.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring.
• 1-3 years of teaching experience at the graduate level in an online setting.
• A Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification is mandatory.
• All degrees must be conferred and obtained from a regionally accredited institution.
• Required certificates, licenses, and unofficial transcripts for all graduate degrees must be submitted.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Proficient in social media and mobile technology.
• Capability to adapt to changes in technological and pedagogical methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven effective time management skills.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, customer service, and problem resolution.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through.
• Understanding of adult learning theory and practices.
• Ability to assess both individual and group learning needs and to convey concepts in various ways.
• Experience with a variety of learning styles.
• Comfortable utilizing technology to enhance learning.
• Must be willing to travel 10% of the time.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be prepared to work over 40 hours per week when required by business demands.
