Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer legal counsel regarding the development of medical device products regulated by the FDA

• Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to ensure regulatory compliance

• Stay updated on changing FDA regulations and provide guidance on their implications

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice in the applicable jurisdiction

• Significant experience in advising on FDA regulations for medical devices

• Strong expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) investigations

• In-depth knowledge of regulations concerning product promotional communications
