This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist the Account Team in providing dependable retail static and mobile engineering services.
• Enhance client satisfaction through proactive management of vendors and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with key client stakeholders to support JLL and their corporate real estate objectives.
• Oversee the 3rd Party Vendor Outsourcing Program based in Pittsburgh, PA, directly managing four outsourcing representatives.
• Provide comprehensive services to remote retail locations, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance operations.
• Supervise 3rd Party Service Agreements to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage account platforms and work order management systems effectively.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance scheduling and compliance tracking.
• Administer access control systems across all sites.
• Track and enhance service agreement performance metrics.
• Enforce company policies and training obligations related to safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle operational standards and quality benchmarks.
• Foster strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team.
• Lead the development and execution of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) best practices.
• Identify and implement process innovations to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• At least two (2) years of industry experience in a corporate setting, with a third-party service provider, or in a consulting role.
• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and outsourced service programs.
• Established track record in multi-site facilities operations.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of facility/property management operations.
• Familiarity with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance support services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with facilities management software systems and CMMS platforms.
