This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +12 more states.
β’ Oversee and cultivate frontline managers, team leads, and personnel within revenue cycle operations.
β’ Supervise daily activities to guarantee that performance benchmarks, productivity goals, and service levels are achieved.
β’ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
β’ Ensure timely and precise billing, cash posting, collections, accounts receivable follow-up, and denial management.
β’ Monitor the distribution of workflows and adapt resources to fulfill client requirements.
β’ Report operational risks or issues to senior management.
β’ Identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements to processes.
β’ Assist in the development of standard workflows, policies, best practices, automation, and AI-driven optimization projects.
β’ Maintain effective relationships with client contacts and operational leaders.
β’ Engage in client meetings, delivering performance updates and addressing client concerns.
β’ Track and evaluate KPIs, productivity metrics, and financial results.
β’ Create presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership and clients.
β’ Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, payer regulations, and billing/coding standards.
β’ Support quality assurance initiatives, audits, and remedial actions.
β’ Assist in maintaining budget compliance, staffing, productivity, expenses, and revenue forecasts.
β’ Optimize revenue cycle systems and workflows; collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve system issues.
β’ Facilitate onboarding, training, continuous education, mentoring, and career advancement.
β’ Provide operational expertise for sales discussions, client presentations, proposals, and service enhancements.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ A minimum of 7 years in healthcare revenue cycle services within a hospital setting.
β’ At least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
β’ Familiarity with various EHR systems such as MEDHOST, Oracle/Cerner, Meditech, or EPIC revenue cycle software products and their applications.
β’ Demonstrated client relationship management skills.
β’ Experience with multi-facility organizations, including rural health and community hospitals.
β’ Willingness to travel to hospital locations or events as required, up to 25%.
β’ Solid understanding of hospital operations and clinical/financial processes.
β’ Exceptional written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong judgment, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multitask, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work independently.
β’ Ability to collaborate within a team environment and lead projects focused on assigned areas.
β’ Flexible with a positive attitude and capable of maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.
β’ Ability to safeguard confidential information.
β’ Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
β’ Preference for candidates available to work in the EST or CST time zones.
