Assistant Director of Student Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Director of Student Success in creating and executing a thorough Student Success Program.

• Oversee career coaching and coordinate career pathways, diploma planning, and early college credit initiatives.

• Manage the daily operations of the Student Success Team.

• Supervise staff and spearhead initiatives that enhance student engagement, graduation preparedness, and transitions to college and careers.

• Lead the execution and evaluation of personalized Career Pathway Plans.

• Assist students and families in comprehending diploma options.

• Facilitate student enrollment in concurrent credit and dual enrollment programs.

• Track student progress in career-aligned pathways.

• Provide training and assistance to staff regarding career advising and readiness standards.

• Create resources for college and career readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Arkansas Teaching, Counseling, or Administrative License.

• An advanced degree in Counseling, Education, or Educational Leadership.

• At least 3 years of experience in a school leadership, academic advising, or student support capacity.

• Preferred strong knowledge of diploma pathways, career coaching frameworks, and early college credit systems.

• Supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.

• Willingness to travel for school events and state testing (including occasional overnight travel).

• Ability to work some evening hours to support families and students.
